1. About HearNowIQ
HearNowIQ provides online hearing education tools designed to help users better understand their hearing, audiogram information, and possible next steps.
HearNowIQ is not a medical service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, audiology services, or professional medical advice.
2. Educational use only
The information and tools provided by HearNowIQ are for general educational and informational purposes only.
HearNowIQ may help you explore hearing test results, audiogram information, hearing simulations, hearing loss calculations, consultation information, and hearing-related options. However, these tools are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, audiologist, hearing care professional, or other healthcare provider.
You should not use HearNowIQ as the sole basis for medical, health, treatment, or purchasing decisions.
3. Not for emergencies or urgent symptoms
HearNowIQ is not designed for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
You should seek professional medical advice promptly if you experience sudden hearing loss, hearing loss in one ear only, ear pain, dizziness, discharge from the ear, ringing that begins suddenly, injury, infection, or any other concerning symptoms.

Some features may require you to create an account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Free and paid access
HearNowIQ may offer free features, including the online hearing test, and paid features, including access to the full toolkit.
Paid access may include tools such as audiogram-based insights, hearing aid simulation, hearing loss percentage calculation, custom consultation features, hearing aid recommendation tools, saved audiograms, or other features made available from time to time.
We may change, add, remove, or update features at any time.
6. Payments
If you purchase access to HearNowIQ Pro or another paid feature, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including eWay, Stripe, and PayPal.
We do not store your full credit card details.
7. One-time unlock
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, HearNowIQ Pro is offered as a one-time unlock for access to the available paid toolkit.
This does not guarantee lifetime availability of every individual feature, and we may update, replace, improve, or remove tools as the service evolves.
8. Refunds and consumer guarantees
We want users to feel confident using HearNowIQ. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase or access, please contact us at [email protected].
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match the description provided.

10. Online hearing test limitations
The HearNowIQ online hearing test is designed to provide a general indication of hearing levels. It is not a clinical hearing test and does not replace a professional hearing assessment.
Results may be affected by your headphones, speakers, device volume, browser, environment, background noise, and how you complete the test.
11. Audiogram tools and saved information
HearNowIQ may allow you to enter, save, and use audiogram information across tools.
Audiogram-based tools are designed to help explain and explore hearing information. They do not provide a medical diagnosis or replace clinical interpretation by a qualified professional.
12. Hearing aid simulator and calculators
Hearing simulations, hearing loss percentage calculators, recommendation tools, and related features are simplified educational tools.
They may help you understand patterns, scenarios, and possible implications of hearing information, but they cannot fully replicate real-world hearing, individual medical conditions, hearing aid fitting, hearing aid programming, or professional clinical assessment.
13. Custom consultation features
If you use a custom consultation or recommendation feature, the information provided is based on the answers and data you submit.
Any guidance generated is general in nature and should be used as a starting point for your own understanding or discussions with appropriate professionals.
14. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that using HearNowIQ will lead to a particular hearing outcome, diagnosis, treatment, product choice, hearing aid result, cost saving, or personal result.
Hearing needs vary between individuals, and decisions about hearing care, devices, or treatment should be made carefully and with appropriate advice where needed.

You agree not to:
- use HearNowIQ for unlawful purposes
- attempt to interfere with the website, tools, security, or access systems
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the tools or content
- submit false, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate information
